Refunds & cancellation
Effective August 25, 2026
We would rather you left happy than stayed unhappy. This page sets out exactly when you can have your money back, how to ask for it, and what happens when you cancel.
1. Seven days to change your mind
Every plan comes with a full refund if you ask within seven days of buying it. You do not have to give a reason. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions alike — an annual plan is refunded in full, not pro-rated, when the request lands inside those seven days.
2. One first purchase per app
The seven-day refund covers the first time your organisation buys a given app. Buy a second app later and that purchase gets its own fresh seven days. It is one refund per app per organisation, ever — buying the same app again after a refund does not restart the window.
3. Renewals are not refundable
Only a first purchase qualifies. Once a subscription renews, monthly or annual, that renewal payment is not refundable. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.
4. How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and tell us which app you want refunded. That is the only channel — there is no form and no button in the app, and we do not take refund requests over the phone.
5. How the money comes back
An approved refund goes back to the card, UPI handle or bank account you paid from; we cannot send it anywhere else. Expect it within five to seven working days of our approving it — the exact timing after that is your bank's.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the app keeps working to the end of the period you have already paid for. Outside the seven-day window we do not pro-rate the unused part of a period.
7. When no refund is due
If we close an organisation for abuse, illegal use, or a breach of our terms of service, no refund is payable — whether or not the seven days have run.
8. Downgrades
Moving to a smaller plan, or switching an app off, takes effect at your next renewal rather than immediately. You keep what you have paid for until the current period ends, and no refund arises from the downgrade itself.
